This mid-1930s blouse has such amazing Art Deco details!  Lightweight brown rayon with a colorful floral print.  There is an attached neck tie.  The billowy 3/4 length, raglan sleeves have squared corners toward the cuffs.  Belted waist and side snaps.  This dress looks great with a pencil skirt, skinny jeans, or wide leg pants.
