Vintage Sewing Pattern Vogue Paris Original 1498 Pierre Balmain

Vogue Paris Original vintage pattern for misses dress and coat designed by Pierre Balmain.  Classic semi fitted dress that falls three inches below mid knee, with front and back princess seams and no side seams. This dress has round neckline with front slit, short sleeves, welt pockets in side front seams and back zipper. Side front and back are gathered to upper side front and back. Neckline, sleeves and welts have self bias binding trim. Loose fitting, lined coat, falls four inches below mid knee, has bias collar, upper front buttoned flap trim, side front lower pockets w/ buttoned flaps and belt loops. Full, full length sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs. Self tie belt holds in fullness at waistline and there is topstitch trim. Uncut, factory folded and complete with label.  Envelope is torn and has stains, but pattern is as new.  36" Bust,  28" waist, and 38" hips.
